Refunds are only available for Meal Plans purchased through Food Services.
If you live in residence and have a residence Meal Plan please contact your residence co-ordinator directly.

    • This is the number below the barcode on the front of your TCard.
      • If you have a University of Toronto email address please use this one.
    • This is the meal plan you want a refund on
      • I understand that a $50 administration fee will be deducted from the balance of my account with the request of a transfer or refund. Several plans are tax exempt and refunds or exchanges of these plans will negate the tax exemption and customers will be charged applicable taxes in addition to the administration fee. Refunds are only given to the purchaser of the Meal Plan to the credit/debit card used at the time of purchase. Cash sales will be refunded by check and can take up to 30 business days to process.
