Food Services at the University of Toronto is a division of Ancillary Services. We strive to ensure that our campus food services provide a wide range of affordable, sustainable and nutritious food options to our community through excellent service, commitment to our environment and celebration of food to reflect our diverse community.
Even if you haven’t seen us at one of our many annual events like the Mac ‘n Cheese Smackdown or Field to Fork, you have probably seen our vegan, vegetarian, halal, kosher or gluten-free labels around campus.
To nourish and bring the campus community together, contribute to the culinary culture of Toronto and support the work of innovative and sustainable local food suppliers.
- Foster innovation in food services on the St. George campus by cultivating community partnerships, sharing resources and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Promote community involvement in the campus food system through outreach, education and consultation.
- Create a forum for the discussion of food related issues, including quality of service, variety of options, nutrition, sustainability and food security.
