Food Services here at #UTSG was delighted to play a role in the Faculty of Medicine’s recent Convocation for its 2019 graduates.

On a beautiful, sunny day in early June, over 1300 graduates and their loved ones took part in a reception on main campus. There were delicious passed appetizers, salads, sandwiches, desserts and beverages served up in a huge, big tent. The wonderful dishes were made by our campus culinary team, headed up by our very own Executive Chef Jaco Lokker.

Our hardworking campus chefs made absolutely sure that nobody walked away hungry, and were all very pleased to have played a role in such a joyous occasion!
