We recognize the importance of nutrition to optimal health and well-being, and aim to provide a variety of food options for a well-balanced diet. You can access our menus, nutrition and ingredient information, and nutrition resources to help you make the best choices! Our Food Services Registered Dietitian can also provide you with further information and support.
Tarini Bidaisee, MAN, RD, obtained her Honours Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in Human Biology and Physiology from the University of Toronto, Honours Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Nutrition and Food from Ryerson University, and Master of Applied Nutrition degree from the University of Guelph. She has worked in various practice settings and enjoys helping students find food options on campus that fit their requirements.
