Recipe from: The Girl Inspired
1Pour 2 tablespoons of yogurt into the bottom of your popsicle molds. Let freeze for 20 minutes.
2Pour the orange juice into the molds, over top of the frozen yogurt. Place in freezer again.
3Remove frozen orange juice and pour over pineapple juice. Return to freezer until frozen.
Tips and Tricks
1Add 1 drop of red food colouring to the orange juice to deepen the colour, making it stand out from the pineapple juice once frozen.
2Popsicle molds can be bought at Ikea or dollar stores. Alternatively, you can use small paper cups and popsicle sticks.
6 oz. low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
red food colouring
