1Season the chicken breasts with Creole seasoning.
2Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet.
3Add the chicken, and cook until browned.
4Add the soup, water, chilies, and lime juice.
5Heat to a boil, and cook over low heat for 5 minutes .
6Stir in the sour cream, let heat through.
7Serve over long-grain white rice.
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 tsp Creole seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup water
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chiles
1 tsp lime juice
1/4 cup sour cream
