Healthy Popcorn Balls

1Spread the cooked popcorn over wax paper.

2On low heat, simmer your honey and peanut butter, and stir for 3 minutes.

3Drizzle the honey and peanut butter mix over the popcorn evenly.

4Sprinkle any add-ins.

5Fold your wax paper in half, then again fold it in half.

6Use a plastic bag over your hand to shape the popcorn balls.

7Let the honey and peanut butter mixture harden for at least 45 minutes.

Tips & Tricks

1Place them in a Halloween-themed cupcake liner to serve at a party.


1 bag microwave popcorn, popped

1/4 cup honey

1/2 cup peanut butter
