1In a large pot over medium heat, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic and sun-dried tomatoes.

2Now add the cooked pasta, toss until hot and add basil, and season with black pepper and sea salt. You can top with parmesan cheese for extra flavour.


2 tbsp olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1 cup cooked linguine pasta

2 tbsp basil, roughly chopped

Sea salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Parmesan cheese (optional)
