Mini Tiramisu

The perfect dessert to make for your loved ones. Smooth, soft, fluffy heaven in every bite.

1Separate egg yolks from their whites, keep the yolks.

2Add sugar to the mixture and beat eggs until creamy. Fluffy mixtures are happy mixtures.

3Add cheese, a little vanilla and nutella to the mixture and mix until smooth.

4Move coffee into a small bowl. Dip ladyfingers in coffee. You want them soaked but not falling apart. Once soft, break in half and pit into container.

5Layer with a dollop (about a spoonful) or mixture and keep layering. (Repeat process)

6Put tiramisu in fridge from 30 minutes to an hour (1 hour is better) and sprinkle cocoa powder on top.


2 egg yolks

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 cup mascarpone cheese

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp nutella

1/2 - 1 cup coffee, room temperature, strong brewed, no sugar

12 Ladyfinger biscuits

1 tbsp cocoa powder
