Pesto Chicken Alfredo Pasta

A simple Pesto Chicken Alfredo Pasta recipe that's a sure hit with time-strapped students. Cheap to make with widely available ingredients and flavours galore!

1Cube the chicken breasts, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

2Boil a pot of salted water and cook the angel hair pasta according to the package instruction.

3Heat the olive oil to medium heat in a pan. Chop the garlic and cook for 1 minutes.

4Add the cooked chicken, stirring and cooking for about 10 minutes.

5Reduce the heat to low and add the spinach. Cook for about 2 minutes

6Remove from the heat, mix the pasta and chicken together, add the pesto sauce and Alfredo sauce, and combine well.


2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 tsp garlic, chopped

Angel hair pasta, cooked

1/2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup 1 1/2 tbsp pesto sauce

1/2 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
