1Preheat the oven to 325°F.
2In a medium saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, cider, apple cider vinegar, syrup, mustard, sugar, garlic, salt, pepper, cinnamon, and rosemary.
3Simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes, until it has thickened into a sauce. You want it to be the consistency of barbecue sauce.
4Pat the turkey legs dry and place on a baking sheet.
5Using a pastry, brush each turkey leg with about one third of the glaze.
6Bake for 15 minutes. Apply a second coat of glaze and then return to the oven.
7Bake at 400°F for another 25 minutes, applying the final coat of glaze halfway through.
8To serve, sprinkle with sea salt and fresh rosemary.
