Simple Frittata

Directions

1Beat the eggs, milk, thyme, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well blended.

2Add your desired fillings and mix well.

3Heat the butter in a medium pan over medium heat.

4Pour in the egg mixture and cook over low to medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes.

5Remove from the heat, cover and let stand until the eggs have set, around 5 to 10 minutes.

6Cut into wedges to serve.

1/4 cup milk

1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves

Salt and pepper

2 tsp butter or vegetable oil

1 cup filling
