A heavenly toffee bark recipe.
1Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
3Place one layer of graham wafers to cover the cookie sheet (cut them if necessary).
4Sprinkle flaked almonds over the wafers, distributing them evenly.
5In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and butter.
6Bring to a boil, and boil for 2 minutes.
7Remove from heat and pour carefully over wafers and almonds.
8Bake the oven for 8 minutes.
9Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.
10Return to the oven and let the chips melt for 2 minutes. Then, remove from oven and spread the chocolate chips
11Place in freezer. When frozen, remove from pan and break into pieces.
12Store in freezer.
1 pkg whole graham wafers
1 cup flaked almonds
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup mini chocolate chips
