Dining Halls

At CampusOne, all food items are individually priced – just like a restaurant, you only pay for what you select! CampusOne Meal Plans also allow you to utilize our Grab “N” Go program to purchase any one of a variety of take-out options like a sandwich for lunch or one of our homemade soup or stews that you can heat up later while studying late into the night.

Chestnut Dining Hall is another one of our ‘all you care to eat’ locations on campus and is a perfect example of where quantity meets quality. It’s open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and all of the delicious menus are carefully planned by our culinary team. You can always find a wide range of options and all of the home-made items are rotated frequently throughout each month. Chestnut serves up freshly baked goods, lots of healthy breakfast options, hot and cold lunch entrees, soups, sandwiches, salads and an excellent variety of dinner entrees. All of the menus draw inspiration from our diverse culinary team and our multicultural student body. There are vegetarian options available and there is always fresh fruit available and a range of other delicious desserts.

New College is widely regarded as one of the best eateries on campus! It has a huge variety of freshly prepared, homemade foods and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There’s something for everyone, including man options for vegetarians. It is very centrally located on campus and is open to students in residence and members of the university community at large. New College provides excellent value for delicious freshly made foods and operates on an ‘all you care to eat’ basis. The foods served at each station is carefully and thoughtfully planned out by our culinary team to provide a range of nutritious and satisfying meals that are inspired by the diverse palette of our multicultural student and university community.

Retail Locations

Café AC may be one of the best-kept secrets on campus! It’s conveniently located within the AC, at the south east corner of Harbord and Spadina, Café AC is where you can find our very own locally-roasted Blue Dragon coffee, specialty teas, along with a great selection of freshly baked muffins and pastries, plus healthy sandwiches snacks from our Grab ‘N’ Go fridge. Come by after a workout or drop in on your walk across campus.

Goodmans LLP Café features a menu of gourmet sandwiches, salads, handmade quiches and crepes, and homemade baked goods. There are also plenty of fresh Grab ‘N’ Go options to pick up while heading out of moot court or over to the Bora Laskin Law Library. You can also sample U of T’s very own delicious Blue Dragon brand of coffee here.

The Gourmet Burger House is the ultimate place on campus for handcrafted burgers, made fresh on the spot especially for you! Choose a chef-created burger, or create your own hamburger or cheeseburger. You can get a single or double patty burger or hot dog and then choose your favorite toppings and condiments. Veggie burgers are available as well. Great deals are available for combos with fries or poutine and drinks. Try Gourmet Burger House today! (Breakfast only available at SIDS and MSB locations)

If you are short on time, but big on hunger, the Grab ‘N’ Go fridge at the McLennan building is the perfect place for you. Stop by the Grab ‘N’ Go fridge at McLennan for freshly brewed coffee and tea,  sandwiches and other healthy snacks.

The Music Café at the Faculty of Music is one of our newest locations on campus. It’s a quiet, pleasant spot that serves a wide variety of freshly baked pastries, scones and muffins, sandwiches, salads and a variety of snacks. Our very own locally roasted in-house brand of coffee: Blue Dragon is served up here along with delicious teas and other cold beverages.

Not Just Greens is located at MSB and is a great spot on campus to get amazingly fresh, custom-made salads! Choose from a selection of your favourite greens and then add your favourite topping ingredients and pick a dressing. Your salad is then made and mixed for you on the spot. If you like, we can also turn your favourite salad into a pita, just ask!

The OISE Café is a wonderful, small, friendly gem on the main floor of the OISE building on Bloor Street. It has offers a wide variety of fresh sandwiches, soups, hot and cold beverages, baked goods and much more! There are comfortable chairs and lots of natural light in the OISE foyer and it’s a great place to stop for a coffee and snack.

Centrally located in the food court at Sid Smith, our skilled Ramen Team will build you a beautiful bowl of Ramen, always made on the spot for you with all of your favourite ingredients. You pick your broth, your protein, your noodles and your toppings and it’s cooked up right in front of your eyes. Try a delicious bowl today!

Stone Oven Pizzeria is a little slice of Europe offering three kinds of personal-sized, 10-inch pizzas, single slices of pizza, and calzones that are made fresh daily with authentic Italian dough, local tomato sauce, and buffalo mozzarella. Try a taste of Italy today.

Nestled with the Bahen Centre for Information Technology, one of the busiest buildings on campus, The Cube offers a daily variety of fresh soups, sandwiches, individually made specialty salads, muffins, scones, healthy treats like yogurt and granola and a large range of convenient Grab ‘N’ Go items. It also serves up Starbuck’s coffee, and has a convenient small seating section with lots of natural light overlooking College Street.

The Green Beet, located on the lower floor of the Gerstein Library, is focused on what’s good for you and what’s good for the earth. It’s our go-to vegetarian and vegan location on campus and focuses on local and sustainable foods. The Green Beet is also now serving delicious hot menu items!

Tortillas serves a delicious and wide variety of Mexican-inspired dishes like burritos, burrito bowls and taco salad. Build your own burrito or bowl and choose from slow-cooked, savoury barbacoa beef or pork, chipotle adobo chicken, and fajita vegetables. Add some locally sourced, fresh veggies, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream and enjoy your custom-made meal.

Other Locations

Café Reznikoff is a great little café located right on St. George street in University College. It’s the perfect spot for catching up with friends, meetings and coffee breaks. Reznikoff’s offers a variety of hot and cold beverages, fresh sandwiches, baked goods and soups which are prepared daily by our culinary team.

Our philosophy is simple: Provide the Skule™ community with the best & most affordable meal options on campus. A café run by students, for students to all.

Howard Ferguson Dining Hall is situated in University College and offers a wide variety of healthy hot meals, sandwiches and snacks. It also serves up fresh soups daily and has a robust salad bar packed with fresh vegetables, mixed salads, cheeses and grains. It is a beautiful and historic wood-paneled space with lots of seating and plenty natural light and is located just off of King’s College Circle.

The Innis Café has a very home-like and cozy environment and serves up delicious, freshly made snacks, baked goods, salads, soups and full meals. It is conveniently located at Innis College on St. George, just north of Robarts Library. The Innis Café also has a rooftop patio full of comfortable couches and tables.

The Exchange Café is located within the Rotman school on St. George and prides itself on incorporating locally grown ingredients into its dishes. They serve breakfast, lunch, freshly baked goods like muffins, and cookies, hot and cold beverages and also has a fridge full of take-away lunch items for any time that you are on the go.

Multi-Faith Centre

Veda offers delicious and hearty Indian-inspired meals like flavourful curry, home made samosas and freshly baked naan bread. It’s located within the Multi-Faith Centre and has a variety of vegetarian options and also serves hot and cold beverages.

Sandford Fleming

This Veda is located in the basement of the Sandford Fleming building and offers delicious and hearty Indian-inspired meals like flavourful curry, home made samosas and freshly baked naan bread. It serves up a variety of vegetarian options, along with both hot and cold beverages.

The Wolfond Centre is the heart of Jewish student life in Toronto. Through programming and events, Hillel promotes Jewish identity, student leadership and religious and political diversity in a dynamic and inclusive environment of all Jewish students.

Second Cup

Our Grad Room Second Cup has fantastic fair trade coffee and tea, cheesecakes, croissants, cupcakes and lots of other great treats. It’s got comfortable seating, plenty of natural light and is located right at the northeast corner of Spadina and Harbord.

If you’re looking for a sweet treat or a healthy snack to have along with a nice cup of fair trade coffee or tea or other delicious hot or cold beverage, swing by the Second Cup at the Koffler Centre on the main floor at street level. Vegan and vegetarian snacks are also available here.

The Second Cup at Pharmacy is a lovely, well-lit space inside the main floor atrium. It’s the perfect place for a snack and a nice cup of fair trade coffee or tea, and conveniently located right at the north-west corner of University and College. It offers a selection of snacks and baked goods for those times when you need a little sweet treat and you’re on the go.

Come by the Second Cup at Rotman and enjoy some aromatic fair trade coffee or tea. This Second Cup is very centrally located on campus, right on St. George north of Harbord, and on the main floor of Rotman. It’s the largest Second Cup on campus and offers a wide variety of sandwiches, pastries, cake and much more!

Come to the Second Cup in the foyer of Sid Smith for delicious fair trade coffee and tea, and a wide selection of snacks, freshly baked goods and plenty of wonderful specialty beverages to get you through the day. There’s also plenty of seating in the Sid Smith foyer and lobby.

Our Second Cup at Woodsworth College has lots of great snacks like cookies, muffins, and other baked goods and also serves up delicious fair trade coffee and tea. There’s comfortable, quiet seating and it’s conveniently located right in the middle of the campus on St. George just south of Bloor.

Starbucks

Starbucks at MSB offers a variety of healthy snacks, sandwiches and delicious hot and cold beverages. Located in the main floor food court foyer, there’s plenty of seating and lots of bright natural light throughout the area.

Starbucks at Robarts is situated in the food court area of the library and has lots of healthy snacks, sandwiches and sweet treats. If you need a break from studying, or want to pop by after a workout at the AC, Starbucks at Robarts has lots of seating in the food court foyer, great hot and cold beverages and is one of our most popular and busiest food locations on campus. Starbucks Robarts also keeps extended hours during exam times, and is often open during holidays. Specific hours for exams and holidays are always available on our web site.

Tim Hortons

Tim Hortons within the foyer of MSB is open during the day and throughout the evening hours. If you have a break between classes or even a late evening class, stop by to get a sweet treat like a donut, muffin, Timbits, a double-double or any number of equally delicious hot or cold beverage to get you through the day or night.

Come by the Tim Hortons at Sid Smith for freshly brewed coffee and tea and a variety of donuts, Tim bits, muffins and pastries. Tim’s at Sid’s is located within the food court on the ground floor. There’s a lot of seating and natural light. It’s one of the busiest locations on campus and has a ‘share the space’ system to encourage table sharing during peak times.
